Branch Shop Manager
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full-time retail manager at our Essex showroom, must be experienced in sales.
We are looking for an experienced, full time Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Romford store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. The ideal candidate will have experience as a store manager and in face-to-face sales. Our ideal retail manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity. The goal is to manage our store in ways that boost revenues and develop the business.
Your main day-to-day task will be overseeing the furniture showroom, greeting guests and helping with any queries they might have.
Availability for overtime pay, you will also be in charge of opening and closing the store.
This job is 5 days/week, including one weekend day, with option for more
9-5pm + overtime
Based in Romford, Essex
£35K – 45K + commission

Warehouse Manager

To deliver on our promise to customers, we rely on exceptionally talented, bright, and committed people. Currently, we’re seeking a warehouse manager to oversee operations at our UK fulfilment center in Rochford, Essex. This skilled multitasker will manage the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities of the warehouse, ensuring that quality standards are met or exceeded. The warehouse manager must achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate order fulfilment, and track shipping times. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity and shipping
- Schedule and oversee warehouse team, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary
- Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and communicating with our delivery drivers to ensure efficient delivery of furniture
- Be capable of lifting and loading
9-5 + overtime

Warehouse Staff
We are looking for a hardworking Warehouse Worker for our warehouse in Rochford, Essex. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and loading delivery vans, managing, organizing and retrieving stock. Previous experience as a warehouse worker is desired, though not required. Must be capable of lifting and loading furniture.

Delivery Drivers
We are looking for a candidate to do home deliveries for our Rattan Garden Furniture across England. Are you friendly and organised? This role will include delivering garden furniture to customers houses. The key to this role is being incredibly efficient with your time, organised and to be a friendly face to our customers. Clean drivers licence required. Delivery vans will be provided.
Warehouse based in Rochford, Essex

5/6 days a week
